Description
This apartment is on the top floor. A fold down murphy bed, easily accessible by moving the dining table out of the way. The living room has been completely renewed. The sofa is a convertible, and there are two armchairs. The cable connection with five English speaking channels. The kitchen has just been completely renewed.There is a good sized refrigerator/freezer and a small combination clothes washer/dryer. Usual appliances including a microwave , a coffee maker, etc.. Full sized bathroom, with a tub, and a hand held shower unit. The floor plan for the apartment is below, and hopefully it is quite clear. There is a hall closet before entering the living room, and there is a smaller closet to the right in the living room. The smaller of the two terraces is on the right, and in the upper right corner is the alcove that will be finished off as a small bedroom. The murphy bed would fold down from the built. The living room is very sunny - although there are screens should you want to block the light.
