in this way, once you have found the apartment you wish, just proceed clicking on "book on line", and in less than 5 minutes you will reserve your apartment, paying the deposit (part payment) on line with your credit card through our Secure Payment Gateway System.Once, the payment on line is done, you will receive an email confirming your reservation with all its details;
B) Information Request:
in this case, you will simply enquiry about an apartment without booking it online, it means that we will process your request in 24 hours, and we will contact you giving its price and availability. Then, you will be able to reserve it.

30 % Deposit of the total amount.
Balance 15 days before the arrival of the clients

Security deposit , at the arrival
To confirm definitively,could you please send us THE AUTHORIZATION PAYMENT with credit card a bank transfer of 60% of the total amount for reservation and the rest of the payment must be paid 15 days before the arrival directly to the structure receptive by bank transfer or credit card.
Note: The 50 % of the deposit will be charged by the Partner managing the property
