and functional and the 17th c. building adds it's
historic feel with high beamed ceilings. The
modern kitchenettes have large fridge/freezer, sink

the colder months, central heating is individually

There is no air-conditioning. Palazzo Olivia is
made with heavy masonry and has high ceilings, and
stays naturally cooler than the outside air even

A
newly restored 17th Century Palazzo, located in
the Historic Center, is just 2 blocks or 1 minute
walk from the Piazza Navona, and Rome's market place,
the Campo de' Fiori.
Olivia Apartments offers 1 and 2 bedroom apartments,
for up to 6 people, with just a 3 night minimum
rental.
This family Palazzo has been carefully restored,
maintaining the high ceilings and large windows,
which have been doubled glazed for comfort. Particular
attention has been paid to the restoration, whilst
adding all the most up to date modern conveniences.
A modern elevator connects the levels in addition
to the original stone staircase. On 3rd thru 5th
floors are a 1 and a 2 bedroom apartment on each

In the opposite building, Rossini composed Il Barbiere
di Siviglia (The Barber of Seville) in 1816. As
a tribute to the great artist, we named Building
Olivia after the famous opera characters.
