 Information Request:
We suggest to fill the form at the end of the chosen property to have a faster reply. In this case, you will simply enquire about the apartment without booking it online, it means that we will process your request in 48 hours, and we will contact you giving its price and availability. Then, you will be able to reserve it.
Booking procedure :
When you have decided to book an apartment, we will send you the booking procedure, with payment and conditions details. You should fill a Form-contract with some personal details and credit card number, and send it back by email_form or fax to our numb. +390697256140.
Booking on Line:
For some of our apartments there is the special function "Book online".
In this way, once you have found the apartment you wish, just proceed clicking on “book on line”, and in less than 5 minutes you will pre-reserve your apartment, paying the deposit on line with your credit card through our Secure Payment Gateway System (30 % of the total + credit card fee) . Once, the payment on line is done, you will receive an email confirming your pre -reservation with all its details; We will process your request in 48 hours and the reservation is confirmed only when you have received our detailed vaucher by the rentals manager of area. In that moment we will confirm the payment on the bank and your reservation is completed. In case the apartment chosen is not available and the other properties quoted by the rental managers are not accepted by the clients, the online payment will be immediately cancelled.
Please be aware that the booking online must be submitted at least 7 days before the arrival date.
Payment: we accept Visa , Mastercard , Bank Transfers, Travel Cheque, Cash.

Prices based in Euro ( € ) and are subject to change with currency fluctuations.
However, when apartments have been paid in full (6 weeks prior to arrival), there will be no increase.
weekly rent ( max 2 weeks ), prices include all taxes and additional charges with the exception of telephone usage and in some case eletricity and gas.
Monthly rent prices include all taxes but not the additional charges (telephone usage, eletricity,gas,condominium and fee ). The properties require a security deposit against breakage and telephone charges. A credit card may be used for this. The deposit will either be refunded upon departure or held until the phone company sends bill.
Prices are quoted for a seven-night stay and for a minimum stay people, and will be prorated for longer and there may be a surcharge for shorter stays.
